Took a week off from working out to give my body a rest. Kick started my workout with boot camp this weekend. Ran 2.8 - 3.0 miles each morning before boot camp. This morning focused on weight training of upper body! Will continue to try to do weight training 3-4 times per week & rest 2 solid days this week. Progress Pic #2 taken today.

Muscle Mass 40.8 (57.4 lbs)
Body Fat 28.6% (40.26 lbs)

Weight 140.8 lbs
140.8 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
