Off to a great start. Got a 45 min workout in today. Drinking water is a daily thing and I stear avay from suger soda's. I may have a "Diet Pop" one a week. Been on the health kick for a month now. Started at 96 kilo and now down to 91.5. By the end of 4 weeks I will be in the 80 kilo range. Get some!
