went 4 wheeling all day yesterday, walked around the fair in the evening. Had a fruit, kale, and carrot smoothie, then an egg benedict with tomatoe instead of ham, a freshly juiced V8 while riding. Rice, veggies, and chicken with bbq sauce and egg roll, then huckleberry and chocolate ice cream sunday with berry syrup all at the fair...and I still lost weight.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week
