Good morning FS friends. Weigh in day is win even after being thrown a curve ball and not being able to eat the way I should have. I managed to keep all macros on target for the past 3 days and still show a weight loss. Feeling confident!
183.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
