Took a week off from working out, also relaxed my diet a little... Meaning I ate more of the bad stuff than usual... Surprisingly Ive had no significant weight gain.... Ive noticed my stomach is sticking out a little more and is not as flat.
141.4 lb Lost so far: 11.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
