This past week I've been trying to get back to a clean eating 30 day again.
I noticed that all I ever want to eat for dinner is dark leafy greens. I've been seriously craving kailan and kale (when I can't get kailan). Must be my body telling me about some vitamin deficiency or something. But anyway I stepped on the scale this morning and apparently the past couple days must have just been water weight. Back on track!
