After juicing all last week, I'm still consuming fruits and vegetables all day, like fruit smoothies for breakfast and fresh vegetable juice the vrest of the day when I'm hungry, then eating vegetable salads with beans and sometimes something off the cleanse diet for the last meal to make it last. Like last night, I allowed myself one slice of vegetarian pizza.
166.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
