This week I've been keeping a better diet and exercise diary and I seem to be more on track :) My weight is slowly dropping but hopefully it won't creep back up this time.

I'm reading "The Perfect Fit Diet" by Dr Sanders and I'm finding it very interesting. Hopefully in the next few days I can start putting some of the theory into practise. I'll let you know how I find it :)
121.5 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week

Hi Laura, I just realized that we're around the same height and weight range. I completely empathize with your struggle to reach 114. I'm still working on it myself!
