stall over losing again. Doing intermittent fasting now too. Keto and fasting 16/8 or longer works. Did a 72 hour fast 2 weeks ago.
246.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 96.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
