im thinking about dropping to 190 -185 lbs . I like my frame but I cannot shake this lil fat on the side of my waist, IDK wht to do 😕
196.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

The only way to get “rid” of it is calorie deficit and probably u lose fat everywhere else and at the end where u want to lose. That’s just how it feels 😅

you will eventually lose on the belly as you continue your exercise program. I am in this mode too and just watching my food and most of the time allowing the exercise to help me lose the rest of the fat. If you are happy with your weight and look at this weight maybe work a little more on developing more muscle tone.
