Weight went up by this silly amount last weekend and hasn't shifted. Though I haven't had time to work out (getting ready for work in the morning, coming home & cooking, then too full to work out), I'll have plenty of chance to work out next week!
161.2 lb Lost so far: 86.3 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
