Every time I disappear from this app I gain weight. I've been embarrassed how terrible I've eaten.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No need to be embarrassed. 💖 We have all been there. You're back to getting yourself on track, that's what counts. This stuff is hard, it's work, it's not normal for us probably because the opposite is what's normal, habit for a lot of us. Good to see you back.😊

Welcome back and don't even feel embarrassed. I have been tracking since 2012 and some days (especially on vacation) there will be not so great tracking, I will do it a couple of days later, and that's when you see the bloating come back up. You probably haven't gained 7 lbs of fat, and once you get on track you will see water loss pretty quickly. Good luck and don't be hard on yourself. You are back on track and that is all that matters. Have a great weekend!! :)
