Yay! Lost 5 pounds! I have also been staying reasonably close to eating 2000 calories per day. When I do go over it is usually because I am hungry so I go ahead and have a snack.

Looking forward to another succesfull week of exercising and eating well!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
