Ate 99.9% paleo this week. My only indiscretion was a coke zero cherry. Felt good to eat clean, a big accomplishment. Today is my day off, so I get to eat whatever I want. Ate a donut, lol, and while it tasted good, I got no satisfaction from it. I want eggs, bacon, avocado's. Wish I had some bananas to make pancakes with. Seen some great recipes I want to try. Gotta plan meals for this week, cook them and have them ready so no excuses. Got a little tired mid day cause I didn't plan my meals well enough. Worked out Monday thru Thursday, had a great WOD yesterday. Clean and jerk heavy 3 reps, run 200 meters, amrap 30 minutes. I totally gotta get the squat down. Lifted 83 pounds and it was light, but any heavier and I need to catch in the squat position. Did 9 rounds.
