I had to go to a banquet outta town this weekend and feel like crying that I actually ate the cheesecake.... Earlier, my boyfriend took me to a candy store and we had a gelato as well. I feel terrible. And of course, I didn't get to go walking or running, besides walking around the mall and whatnot.

The worst thing in the whole world is happening next weekend- My skinny friend from high school is coming to visit. Maybe I will juice fast and use water pills and laxatives and puke up anything I do eat before she comes? She even had a baby last year and is back down to a size 3 or 5 (from size 13 when she was pregnant). I am not pregnant, nor have I ever been and I am her pregnant size.

Anyway, I ate well today and tomorrow starts a new week. Maybe one day of eating like everyone else won't kill me. I checked and I still weigh the same- so no loss but no gain either. Its as if cheesecake and gelato never happened!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You shouldn't compare yourself to your friend, that is horribler for your self esteem and unrealistic! Please tell me you are joking ablout the fasting and purging, and even so, you shouldn't joke that way, it is such a serious thing and a lot of girls get so caught up in it that they never recover. An occasional cheescake or brownie or whatever keeps us sane!! As long as it does not turn into an entire weekend or week lon bingefest, you should be able to take care of it no problem with sensible eating! Take it from someone who has been ther; overcoming the feelings of guilt associated with food is the most important thing you can do for your sanity when losing weight! Learn to forgive yourself. Don't regard any food as "bad", only as a more occasionalal treat. It takes a lot of retraing, and I admi, it is easier said than done, but well worth the effort. You are worth it and you owe to yourself to be proud of who you are. No one has a perfect diet all the time! You can maintain weight and lose weight while having treats and cheats. Learning the level of moderation that is right for you will take youfar. Good luck, sorry you had a bad day..(also sorry for the long rant.. :)

oh and sorry for all the typos too.. here I'll fix them.. horrible,long,there,occasional, retraining. See i can actually spell, I just can't type! LOL!
