Water weight. Damn you. I have been slacking on my water intake and it shows in numbers. I have another nutrition appointment tomorrow so I will be talking with her about my current diet and what else I can do.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
