Helps if I keep track of WHAT I eat as well as NOT eat a FULL serving... And drinking LOTS of water (not tea or soda) helps too!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
