I did no flour/no sugar for 2 years one time. I bought the book "The Body Knows" by Caroline Sutherland and it spoke to me. I had a piece of birthday cake that Donna made me on my birthday (which is now set for my sugar day upcoming!). In those 2 years, I was fit, energetic, happy. I went off my anti depressents. I awoke feeling energized and I slept though the night. My brain worked better - it let me know when I was hungry and when I was full. Wow I miss those days.
