went to the gym every day for the past 6 days, today is my day off. Yesterday had protein shake and ate healthily. Today just gona keep that up.

Sorting out my sleep cycle got up 8.15 today and went to sleep 11.50pm last night so thats looking more healthy. No midday nap!!! :D

changing my goal from 105 which is a bit unrealistic to 126lbs aka 9 stone. I hope to achieve this byHalloween Oct 31st :)
147.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week
