My gain is my own doing. I totally went off dieting. Today I'm starting weight watcher diet again. That's the diet I lost 67 lbs.in about 15 mos.
242.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 67.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
