I am a returning dieter. I injured my knee back in Feb and have been unable to exersice since (torn meniscus and tendons says my dr.) Had an mri last week, awaiting the results. in the mean time, time to get back on track eatting healthy. Attempting no fast foods even the ones they bsay are healthy. let's try salads, backed and broiled. Don't forget my body by v shake. Even though I fell off the wagon due to injury I have managed to only gain 4 lbs. I must be doing something right.
306.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
