So yesterday I came off my fast and decided to reward myself with a glass of wine. Sorry I did it, didn’t feel right and didn’t sleep well. Had steak and spinach with parm cheese for dinner. No yoga.
161.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
