My body is really trying hard to stay around this weight! Arg. Probably didn't help that I was away from home for two days and didn't get in any exercise and didn't eat well.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
