Started fasting last night after dinner. Had a cup of black coffee with sweetener in the morning.Fasted till dinner of salad with chicken. Had a handful of thin pita chips. Did yoga at 5:30. No wine
165.1 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
