1140 kcal Fat: 29.83g | Prot: 48.35g | Carb: 113.08g.   Breakfast: high fiber chewy bar oats & caramel kroger, coffee. Lunch: Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, del monte diced pears no added sugar, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water), sweet potato, sweet leaf green tea, coffee, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh. Snacks/Other: weight watchers string cheese, low sodium V8, almonds, merlot wine. more...
