Up a pound but that's purely water weight. I haven't been drinking nearly enough water this last couple weeks. Oh well. I will drink a crap ton today to make up for it. I went to Old Navy last night, to test out a theory that I haven't lost enough weight to fit in a size smaller pants (mine require a belt to keep them up now) and sure enough, I went down a size! I started at a size 20/22 and am now a size 18. I have not been able to fit in a size 18 in 3+ years. This may seem minor to someone else but to me, this is huge. I'm pretty excited about it.
260.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 120.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
