Anyone following please note my breakfast is broken up into two sittings 3hrs apart as is my lunch. The idea is to keep sugar spikes to a minimum and to keep using my proteins as fuel to keep me going. I can no longer consume the needed calories in one sitting, I guess this stomach shrinking thing worked 😂
220.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
