Haven't been dieting. Husband in and out of hospital, stress coming out my ears. Things really need to get better.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1070 kcal Fat: 33.44g | Prot: 83.31g | Carb: 107.11g.   Breakfast: Great Value Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves, Thomas' Multi Grain Light English Muffins, olive oil, great value turkey bacon, ICBINB Soft Spread, egg whites, fat free cheese singles Food Club, Morning Star Farm Link Sausage. Lunch: Mom's Garden Salad (1 cup servings), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: Mom's Garden Salad (1 cup servings), Birdseye steamers creamed spinach, Smart One Lasagna. Snacks/Other: Reddi Whip, banana, Chocolate Pudding (Sugar Free). more...

I signed up for a weight loss plan and have lost weight. It was expensive, but I was desperate. I have lapses, but I am losing. Sorry to hear about your husband. I will pray for him.
