The past week has been a little "off the wagon" for me. But im getting back on. Not that i was totally terrible, but just not keeping to my rules exactly. Time to get serious again.
342.6 lb Lost so far: 30.7 lb.    Still to go: 194.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
