1 Bowl cereal w/ skim milk breakfast
1 Tbs ELOO Mid meal
1 chef salad Lunch
1 Tbs ELOO mid meal
1 slice cake
2 Turkey and lettuce sandwiches Dinner
Day off from gym.
V-day and business trip coming up. Hope I don't undo too much work. I like the 240's and am shooting for 20# loss by 3/1
249.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
