Had a small set back in week 2 - dairy issues. Was eating greek yogurt & cottage cheese every day, and got stopped up! Cut those out, stopped putting half & half in my coffee & my digestive track is almost back to normal. Feeling much better!
But, had to figure out what to eat to put the protein back in my diet that was lost from the dairy. Added a second protein shake (for now) and some hummus. We'll see how it goes.
