Not a big drop but, after my weekend, it’s better than a gain lol
175.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1132 kcal Fat: 52.48g | Prot: 61.68g | Carb: 109.61g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Becel Margarine, Dempster's Multigrain Bread, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Vegetables. Lunch: Healthy Choice Power Bowls Adobo Chicken Bowl. Dinner: Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Baked Haddock. Snacks/Other: Christie Good Thins Beet Crackers, Compliments Balance Crab Flavoured Alaskan Pollock. more...
