so happy to see the scale go down today. every weigh in is positive reinforcement to STAY ON MY LOW CALORIE DIET!!! you can do this!! 17.4 loss as of today! better than my last try!!!I DREAM of being under 300!!!!!
mathew's (my son) birthday tonight! gonna have pizza and cake with the grands!
312.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 162.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
