I WILL BE EATING 1 PIECE OF SALMON AND BRUSSEL SPROUTS FOR BREAKFAST I HAD AND OMLETE (TWO EGGS, CHEESE, BASIL AND SCALLIONS) AND 2 PIECES OF BACON AND SMALL SUASAGES.
FOR DINNER I AM GOING TO MAKE TWO TURKEY BURGERS WITH TWO PIECES OF BACON AND CHEESE WITH LETTUCE.
I ALSO HAD TWO PICKLES FOR A SNACK.
MY EXERCISE WAS ARM LIFTS AND MARCHING IN PLACE. THIS WILL BE MY DAILY ROUTINE AND ALSO WALKING WITH WALKING STICKS.
