Up a pound but I'm 99% sure it's water weight. I've noticed I go up a pound or two when I don't drink enough water through out the day for a few days in a row. I was drinking roughly 100oz daily and I've not been making that mark for the last couple weeks. My weight also fluctuates with my depression episodes. If I'm having a particular bad episode (which can last days), my weight will go up about 5lbs. Right now I'm in a slump with my depression and anxiety so I think this has been a huge culprit for my eating habits. I go see my therapist on 10/1 and then my nutritionist on 10/26. Both of these ladies have been key players this year for keeping me on track. I wish my work schedule would allow more time with them rather than every couple months or longer. I haven't really done any exercise since June. I did sprain my ankle and since I have severe arthritis in the ankle that was injured, it took longer to heal. I'm wanting to get back into my routine that I had but I find myself tired and not wanting to get up in the morning to actually workout. Another thing I noticed when I have an episode, I don't sleep well. It's an endless cycle. I'm hoping, once I get at least out of the 200lb zone, things will start getting better for me. My depression/anxiety are tied very closely to my weight and physical appearance. It's pretty sad, I know, but it is what it is. I was teased relentlessly as a child (I was never overweight until my senior year in high school). Don't ask me why the kids I grew up with were mean little bastards but they were. It's followed me my entire life and food became my coping mechanism and I ended up being a binge eater. Woo. Old habits die hard, let me tell you, but I'm trying.

Keep your head up. It sounds like you have been taking strides in the right direction. Be proud of how far you have come. I feel for you because I am bi-polar and have had a hard time losing weight. If you want to slowly move into working out, may I suggest yoga? It has helped me greatly with my depression. I hope you feel better.
