Very happy with my self. I thought i lost some more weight cause my scrub shirts were fitting very loose..
306.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I know right.. Funny the computer asked me are you sure you want to change your weight cause it is a rapid loss since my last weigh in..lol
