proper accurate weight.....was in a medical facility today and they had a pucker accurate scale. in dialysis unit.....few pounds up on what I thought I was but nothing to get in a fuss over

178.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb. Still to go: 6.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 7.7 lb a week

Always weigh on the same set of scales. My nurse told me that different sets can have up to a 5lb discrepancy!
