Yeah! The scale finally went down! Here I thought it was broken.
151.7 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1320 kcal Fat: 44.38g | Prot: 62.27g | Carb: 166.56g.   Breakfast: Swiss Cheese (Low Fat), General Mills Cinnamon Chex Cereal. Lunch: Sushi, Tomatoes, White Bread. Dinner: Cucumber (Peeled) , Breakstone's Fat Free Sour Cream, Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten), Cherry Tomatoes, Zucchini , Kraft Light Mayonnaise, Sorrento Part Skim Ricotta Cheese. Snacks/Other: Hunt's Chocolate Pudding Snack Pack, Beef Meatballs, Snickers Snickers Bar (Fun Size). more...
