I decided to weigh in every two days because I don’t want to slip. I would also like to see how my weight fluctuates; if it is affected by my choice of food for a specific day or not. I am not expecting to loose a pound every time I weigh in. I am just happy to see I am stable and managing a consistent weight. I do expect to loose a pound per week and not go above 125Lb.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
