I am walking 10000 steps a day and changing my eating a little. It is working, slowly but surely.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

i love my pedometer! going to get a new battery for it, and join you in tracking my daily mileage :) congrats on a big loss! very excited to be in the slim in 6 challenge with you too !
