HMR? Atkins/Keto? 1500 calorie diet? Low fat?
The decisions are endless.
207.4 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

A balanced diet containing all foods in modest amounts is sustainable and provides all needed nutrients. It also will show you how to eat for a lifetime. Check with your physician and ask for a consultation with a dietitian.
