I am stoked. I finally got the scale at my work (Health-o-Meter HDM753) to read my weight (it kept showing E). I could not believe the number. I went from weighing 417 at my heaviest to 371.4. My coworker that was helping me and I had a little dance party in my bosses lab where the scale is. We came out and my other coworker wanted to know what was going on. I told him and he was very impressed. We are having free pizza at work today. I don't even want to eat it although I did not bring my lunch today. I'll figure something out. Anyway what great news to start the weekend.
371.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 121.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Congrats! My 2 cents worthe - Enjoy the FREE pizza and get right back to your personal lifestyle change. For me - I am making lifestyle changes also - and this will include an occasional "eat lots of pizza" night! I won't do this 3 times a week like I did at one point - but - I will include this once in a while! I am human, and I love pizza!!! Again - congrats!

Thanks for the 2 cents. I was able to call my doctor's office and got some prior weights. Listed as follows: 03/30/2009 - 417.00 12/22/2010 - 405.00 12/30/2010 - 406.00 01/11/2010 - 404.00 So that means between Jan and today I lost 32.6 pounds. But I would say that I was more like 400 when I started on FS therefore I lost the 30 pounds since April 2010. That is amazing!

Thanks Sharry. I tell you FS has been great. If I didn't find the app on my Blackberry and then discover this website through the app I would not be watching calories and know how much of stuff I am really eating. I wanted to start watching what I eat in April and I started a little at a time but it is a great help being able to look up foods before I make the choice to eat that item. I found something that is working for me and that is the best thing in the world. Thanks for the encouragement.
