Biz travel is over. Vacation looms. Plenty of home improvement jobs to keep me bending, stretching and moving, plus I'll have the time and the glorious weather to walk each day. I really want to get this 164/165 number on the scale to decrease and will refocus my attention on entering in FS what goes into my mouth, as well as getting that walk in every day.

That being said if any of you had seen the decadent food and alcohol I indulged in while in Washington, you'd be amazed that I'm up only 1.2 lb!!!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
