At least you’re down. I’m fighting this stupid yo yo scale thing. Drives me nuts. It’s like this last 9 pounds doesn’t want to leave my house lol

I was the same, you get to a point thinking this is impossible lol but once I seen my body weight and body fat % drop back and forth then gaining a pound or two is normal because either one or the other is dropping, just not at the same time. You’re kicking ass don’t worry, you’ll succeed as long as you don’t get frustrated and keep tugging at it!! 💪🏼👍🏼👍🏼😀
