Clearly my body is happy to be back to my normal eating habits. Couldn't disappoint my grandparents while I was there lol. Had under 2000 cals yesterday. Being a bigger guy I know that was a really good deficit. Time to keep it up. I want to see a 2 in the front of that soon.
322.4 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 97.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
