9st 1.7lb Fat 22.5% (1 on at WW Thurs which she announced as "I'm afraid to say that's a pound on" but that was fine with me as I was unnaturally under target with the recent big drops) So after gaining at WW Thurs I was surprised to have a loss at home this morning! But my daughter's 18th dinner tonight and MIL's afternoon tea Sun will soon put paid to that!!

127.7 lb Lost so far: 51.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
