I came back from SYLP camp feeling like I wanted to be more activity after all that running around. SO I've gotten slightly more exercise. But I think the supplements CLA, Chitosan, and white bean extract might be game changers. I've lost 2lbs this week alone and I'm only taking them once a day! I knew the white bean extract was good for women with PCOc. The combination may be that little bit of extra help I need to get back to a healthy weight. Keep our fingers crossed!
162.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
