Day 5 of 13 in my Summer Shred challenge. Been getting in my workouts this week, but slow moving today. I'm down 4 pounds this challenge, 13 pounds in 20 days and almost 16 pounds in the last month. My goal is to be at 200 by the 13 and I'd love to be at 190 by the end of the month, but that might be stretching it a little. However, it's always good to set high goals--then you are always reaching!
207.2 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 62.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
