Getting ever so close to that 100# Mark. God help me it just seems to be so slow coming off now. Taking it easy for a few days since that pinched nerve is acting up again. I think I figured out the the row machine at the gym is what keeps doing it, so I will be staying clear of that machine from now on. Have a wonderful weekend! 😘😘😘😘

You have had amazing progress for a loooong stretch. So, please be kind to yourself! When things slowed for me (I did an insane month long 'plateau'), I did have to 'switch things up' a bit (in my case I had to lower my carbs even lower than they were).
