307.0 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So I click on your diet calendar because I was like "600 carbs! I gotta see this!" and what *I* find alarming is that there was nothing that was that 'outrageous'. Meaning, I have eaten that much in one day in the past... Now, I was not working out, and on a refeed, so I just-got-fat... and stayed that way :)

I've been aiming for eating all of that in my 8hr window. I extended it yesterday. But hopefully it works out in the long run... The first week I dropped about 3lbs besides my little spike
